Chen Hsu was an ancient Wizard who lived in San Fransisco. He resided with Mandarin and was one of the ten alien dragons from the planet Maklu-4. He helped train Mandarin and helped him to make wise decisions. Chen Hsu eventually betrayed Mandarin in a plot to take over.
