Garry Emmanuel Shandling (November 29, 1949 – March 24, 2016) was an American stand-up comedian, actor, director, producer, writer, singer, author, voice artist, and comedian. He portrayed Senator Stern in Iron Man 2. He reprised his role in Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
