The XF Variant is an alternate version of the Mark V that appears in the video game version of Iron Man 2 as a pre-order bonus from selected retailers. The suit had maximum stats and took the appearance of the Mark V armor but with red lights, a black and blue paintjob and an arc reactor similar to the Mark VI.
